Our Partners

Community Partners Center is home to five diverse nonprofit tenants serving Montgomery County. A leadership committee meets regularly to explore partnership opportunities, share resources and work together to benefit their clients and the community. They refer clients for needed services that are co-located at the Center.  In addition, gatherings including informal breakfasts, brown bag lunches and educational events, provide opportunities for networking, relationships building and help to promote a deeper understanding of all of the services available at the Center.

Beyond the Center’s tenant usage of meeting spaces, several other Montgomery County organizations reserve rooms to accommodate their needs including the Bucks-Mont Collaborative, VNA Foundation of Greater North Penn, and Your Way Home Montgomery County.
