about Our MEETING spaces

Nonprofit organizations are often challenged in finding high quality meeting space at an affordable price.  As part of the Center’s vision to support collaboration and help nonprofit provide services in a cost effective manner, several meeting rooms are available free of charge.  Tenants and other nonprofits have used the rooms for staff training, retreats, fundraising events, health fairs and more!

Please review the Policies and Procedures prior to reserving a meeting room.

“The meeting facilities at the Community Partners Center exceed expectations! The large Walton Room features two walls of windows that keep the room bright when appropriate. The a/v setup includes automated, room-darkening blinds when you’re using PowerPoint or showing a video. A kitchen with a pass-through to the Walton Room makes it convenient to offer refreshments. All you need to bring is your laptop – everything else is already there. The staff provides friendly, efficient help when needed.”

Lakeside is always grateful to have access to the Walton Room for training. As our staff continues to grow, we appreciate that the CPC has provided such a user friendly, beautiful training space. The kitchen with garage door is so convenient and well-equipped; and the technology is first class. As a non-profit human services organization, we truly appreciate that there is no expense to use this excellent space.
