Access to Meeting Space

The free use of meeting and conference space allows nonprofits to rent less space which can result in significant savings each year. The ALL INCLUSIVE square foot rate is less than current market rates for comparable space.

Outside Space

Need a breath of fresh air? With ample parking space and greenery, the Center has outdoor space and benches available for you to take a break or enjoy an outdoor lunch. 



Easy Accessibility and Parking

We offer free and convenient parking at our facility with a lot that can accommodate up to 150 cars. The Center is centrally located near Route 463 and Bethlehem Pike, with close access to SEPTA bus and train stops.

The building is fully ADA accessible.

The Community Partners Center was constructed using "green building" standards as our commitment in providing our tenants and partners a healthy and energizing place to work.

Geothermal heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and heat-recovery systems, as well as energy-efficient lighting, electrical, plumbing and window systems, minimize the center's operating and maintenance costs and create an inviting, comfortable environment for both employees and visitors.
